LEVEL INDICATORS & CONTROLLERS
Digital Water Level Indicator comprises of a Stainless Steel / Magnetic Probe unit and a Digital display / Multilevel Indicator. The probe unit monitors level based on Magnetic / SS Level sensor where the depth of water in tank is measured in stages of 20% (5 Stages). The number of stages can be customized to the buyer’s requirement.
The probe is connected to the Digital Indicator by means of a Multi-core 1 sq mm PVC insulated shielded copper wire. The Digital Display unit is normally available to work on standard 230 V AC. The Indicator has the options for Control (Relay output), BMS output on multi levels, transmission 4-20 mA output, or RS 485 MODBUS output. The Indicator can be configured to display stages, percentage or Liters/ Kiloliters as required. The price quoted below is for a 5 Stage Indicator, with 1 Relay output. FILTER PRESS
An Actinic filter press is a tool used in separation process specifically to separate solids and liquids. The process uses the principle of pressure drive, as provided by a slurry pump. Generally, the slurry that will be separated is injected into the center of the press and each chamber of the press is filled. Optimal filling time will ensure the last chamber of the press is loaded before the mud in the first chamber begins to cake. As the chambers fill, pressure inside the system will increase due to the formation of thick sludge. Then, the liquid is strained through filter cloths by force.

CENTRIFUGE
ACTINIC solid wall Basket centrifuge uses centrifugal force to promote liquid/solid separation. The feed slurry is introduced into the rotating basket and is accelerated to the basket speed. Solids/contaminants are pulled radially away from the liquid by centrifugal force and collects along the inner wall of the basket. The clarified liquid builds up along in the inside and flows up and over the basket wall. It collects along the inside of the housing and is discharged by gravity through the outlet. Liquid clarification continues until the basket can no longer retain any solids and must be emptied. Manual and semi-automatic solids discharge is available for suitable solids consistency Basket Centrifuge have a perforated Wall & a Cylindrical rotor. In many cases the outer wall of a basket centrifuge consists of a fine mesh screen or a series of screens with a finer mesh screens supported by heavier coarse screen, which in turn is supported by the Bowl. The liquid passes through the screen and the particles that are too large to pass through the screen
are deposited.
